Dougal Perman is a director and producer specialising in strategy, storytelling and smart systems to engage audiences with create projects. He co-founded Inner Ear in 2000. In addition to content creation and consultancy work for cultural organisations, dynamic businesses and public bodies, Inner Ear has its own entertainment and heritage brands, Radio Magnetic, TRADtv and Walking Heads. He also served as Chair of the Scottish Music Industry Association and helped launched the Scottish Album of the Year Award. Dougal is an Innovating with AI certified consultant. And as a member of the Scottish Government's Creative Industries Leadership Group he is currently chairing a subgroup focusing on Scottish AI Strategy.
